不同碱度烧结矿在不同保温与还原时间下的冶金性能研究

摘  要: 针对高钛型钒钛磁铁精矿的烧结特点,通过实验,研究了不同碱度烧结矿在不同保温与还原时间下的冶金性能。其结果表明,烧结矿低温还原粉化指数(RDI_(+3.15))与烧结矿碱度呈正相关、与保温时间和还原时间呈负相关,其影响程度为:烧结矿碱度>还原时间>保温时间;在高炉休风时,为送风恢复炉况缩短时间,可以在休风前采取适当提高烧结矿碱度的手段;在高炉炉况不顺时,可以采取适当提高烧结矿碱度的措施。 In view of the sintering characteristics of high titanium vanadium titanium magnetite concentrate, through the experiment, the metallurgical properties of different basicity sinter under different heat preservation and reduction time were studied. The results show that, the low temperature reduction degradation index of sinter is positively related to sinter basicity and negatively related to heat preservation time and reduction time. Among this, the influence degree of sinter basicity is the higherst, the influence degree of heat preservation time is the lowerst. In order to shorten the time of reblowing resuming BF condition, the suitable measure is to improve the sinter basicity before the the blast furnace wind break. When the BF condition is difficult, the suitable measure is to improve the sinter basicity.
