摘 要: 返矿粒度分布是烧结返矿制度的重要组成部分。合理稳定的烧结返矿粒度,是获得优良烧结指标的重要保证。通过实验,研究了返矿粒度组成对烧结矿质量的影响。实验结果表明,与小粒级返矿相比,粒度大于6 mm返矿具有较高的熔化特征温度,并且制粒后大粒级返矿的粘附粉数量减少;当烧结混合料中大于6 mm返矿比例超过20%时,烧结矿质量不佳;在相同二元碱度条件下,返矿粒度过粗,烧结过程中铁酸钙生成数量降低,烧结矿强度指标恶化。为获得良好的烧结指标,烧结混合料中大于6 mm返矿比例应控制低于20%。 The size distribution of returns is an important component of sinter returns system. Reasonable and stable sinter returns size distribution is an important guarantee to obtain a better sintering index. The influence of returns size distribution on the quality of sinter was investigated through the experiment. The results show that, compared with the small size returns, the returns particle size is more than 6mm has a higher mehing characteristic temperature, and the quantity of the adhere powder of the large grain returns decreases after granulation. When the proportion of returns with particle size larger than 6 mm exceeds 20%, the sinter quality is poor. Under the condition of the same binary basicity, the coarse returns leads to the reduction of calcium ferrite, anti the sinter strength index is deteriorated. Therefore, in order to obtain good sintering indexes, the proportion of returns with particle size larger than 6 mm should be lower than 20%.
