摘 要: 本文根据"2014中国大学教师调查"的数据,采用路径分析方法探讨了社会阶层背景对大学教师就职选择的影响效果。研究结果显示:阶层背景对大学教师职业选择的影响较弱,学术职业因其学术性的入职要求而营造出了一个比较公平的入职竞争环境。虽然社会阶层背景低的大学教师更多的就职在城市等级偏低或者声望较低的高校之中;而社会阶层背景高的大学教师的就职选择空间越大,他们有更多的就职在直辖市、省会城市等经济文化发达的城市,也更倾向于就职在"985"工程高校等声望、学术环境和发展平台更高的大学。 Based on the 2014 University Faculty Survey in Chinese, this article analyzes the influence of social class origin on faculty' s Decision on Employment Destination with the Path Analysis. The results indicated that social class origin has little effect because of the academic requirements, which create a fair competition environment, however, social class origin still playing a role even in the academic career. Although faculties from the disadvantage social level are more inclined to get a job in a small city or in a undergraduate college. Faculties from the advantageous social level are more likely to get a job in large city or in 985 colleges and universities.
