摘　　要： 在目前金融业混业经营、发展迅速的背景下,以经济学大类招生向金融学专业建设改革转变为研究对象,分析基于创新型人才培养的金融学专业建设改革问题。基于专业综合改革的顶层设计,从设定培养目标、建立以学生为中心的教学模式和转变基于问题的学习模式等三个方面分析人才培养模式,基于能力培养角度构建核心课程体系。最后从改革考核方式、建设师资队伍和强化实践教学等方面进行专业建设改革的设计研究。 Under the background of the mixed operation and rapid development in financial industry,this paper analyzes the reform of the finance major based on the cultivation of innovative talents. Starting from the top design,this paper analyzes the talent cultivation mode from three aspects： setting up the training goal,establishing the student-centered teaching mode and the problem-based learning mode. Then the paper constructs the core curriculum system from the perspective of ability training. Finally,the paper studies the major construction reform from assessment method of reform,construction of teaching staff and strengthening practical teaching.
