摘　　要： "双一流"方针的提出赋予校园文化和文化育人以新的时代内涵。在"双一流"背景下,高校校园文化建设面临新的机遇和挑战。精神文化缺失、行政文化色彩偏浓、体制机制不够健全、应对非主流文化不够充分、与地域文化融合不深等问题制约了高校校园文化建设。为此,高校要结合"双一流"建设标准,在社会主义核心价值观引领下,从重塑大学精神、创新治理体系、营造文化育人环境、加强国内外交流等方面,提高校园文化建设水平。 The＂Double World-classes＂policy provides the campus culture and cultural education with a new connotation of the times. Under the background of＂Double World-classes＂,the construction of campus culture is confronted with new opportunities and challenges. Among which is the restriction by such problems as the lack of spiritual culture,too much administrative culture,imperfect system and mechanism,inadequate response to the non-mainstream culture,insufficient integration with regional culture,etc. Therefore,according to the＂Double World-classes＂standard,guided by the socialist core values,the construction of college campus culture can be improved by remodeling of university spirit,innovating management system,creating a cultural education environment,strengthening domestic and international exchanges.
