摘　　要： 高校治理是高校改革与发展中的重大理念与实践创新,治理能力是检验高校治理成效的重要前提和基本保证,治理能力现代化是高校应治理时代发展要求的主动调整和能力升级。制度创新能力、执行大学章程能力、利益整合能力、调动参与能力、协商治理能力是高校在内外部治理中应具备的五个方面基本能力。为了实现和提升这些能力,就需要在治理结构、行政管理方式、治理格局和治理实效方面着力探索发展路径。 University governance is the practice of innovation and important concept of university reform and development. Governance ability is the important precondition and basic guarantee to test the effectiveness of university governance. And governance capacity modernization is the development of the times,which requires the governance of colleges and universities should take the initiative to adjust and upgrade ability. The ability of system innovation,the ability to execute university by laws,the ability to integrate interests,the ability to mobilize participation,and the ability to negotiate governance are the five basic capabilities that universities should possess in internal and external governance. In order to realize and improve these capabilities,we need to explore the development path in terms of governance structure,administrative management,governance structure and governance effectiveness.
