摘　　要： 从历史传统、国际经验以及现有法律规定来看,高等教育的根本目的在于教书育人,有关高等教育的改革应当围绕这一中心而展开。目前,我国高校普遍存在学校行政化、教师功利化的问题,这使高校偏离了其预设轨道,出现了功能上的角色错位。未来,应当着力从赋予高校更多办学自主权和调动教师教学活动积极性两个方面入手,让大学真正回归教书育人之本分。 From the view of historical traditions,international experience and existing legal provisions,The basic purpose of higher education is to teach and educate people,and the reform of higher education should revolve around this center. At present,colleges and universities in China generally have the problems of school administration and teachers＇ utilitarianism,which make universities deviate from their preset orbit and appear functional role dislocation. In the future,we should focus on two aspects： giving colleges more autonomy in running-schools and arousing the enthusiasm of teachers＇ teaching activities so as to enable universities to truly return to essence of impart knowledge and educate people.
