摘　　要： 基于2011年浙江省居民社会流动问卷调查数据,重点分析改革开放以来入职的居民代际间职业地位流动的总体趋势与特点,并通过对代际间职业地位流动的Logistic回归模型的推导和分析,揭示代际间职业地位流动的内在选择机制。实证分析的主要结论是:代际间职业地位的总体流动率较高,且上升流动高于下降流动;模型分析结果显示,受教育程度等后致性因素对代际间职业地位的上升流动影响较大,家庭背景等先赋性因素主要通过对子女的教育和初职地位的获得发生作用。这一结论的政策性含义是:为了保障人们在职业地位流动过程中的相对公平,必须要在制度上保证教育机会的平等和维持社会关系的公正合理,摒弃不公正的制度性歧视。 Based on the questionnaire survey of the social mobility of Zhejiang residents in 2011,this paper analyzes the general trends and characteristics of the mobility of occupation status of the intergeneration residents who have entered the job market since the reform and opening up. Through the derivation and analysis of the Logistic regression model of intergenerational occupation status,the internal selection mechanism of intergenerational status mobility is revealed. The main conclusions of the empirical analysis are that the overall turnover rate of intergenerational status is higher and the upward flow is higher than the downward flow. The results of model analysis show that the factors such as the degree of education have a great influence on the rising mobility of intergenerational status,and the family background and other factors mainly play a role in the education of children and the acquisition of initial status. The policy implication of this conclusion is that in order to guarantee the fairness of people in occupation status mobility,it is necessary to ensure the equality of educational opportunity and maintain the fairness and justice of social relations in the system,and to abandon the unjust of systematic discrimination.
