摘 要: 采用优化工艺条件合成了油酰基苄基季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂,并经红外光谱对合成产物进行了结构表征。测定了合成产品在25℃时的表面张力γ_(cmc)为45.93 mN·m^(-1),其临界胶束浓度cmc为1.596 g·L^(-1);降低原油-水的界面张力为0.342 4 mN·m^(-1);用于沥青乳化时,其乳化沥青的拌和时间为193 8,且稳定性好,为慢裂型沥青乳化剂。 Cationic oleoyl benzyl quaternary ammonium salt surfactant was synthesized by optimized process conditions and the structure of final product was characterized by FTIR. At 298. 15 K, the surface ten- sion of synthesized product is 1. 596 g · L-1, and the critical micelle concentration (cmc) is 45.93 mN ·m-1. It can reduce the petroleum -water interface tension to 0. 342 4 mN · m^-1 at 343.15 K. The results of emulsification experiment showed that the emulsified asphalt mixing time was 193 second, the oleoyl benzyl quaternary ammonium salt asphalt emulsifier was a kind of slow , cracking asphalt emulsifier with good stabil l ity.
