摘　　要： 目的:本文从化学成分、药理作用和质量控制方面对玉簪花研究进行综述,为玉簪花的进一步研究和开发利用提供依据。方法:查阅近年来国内外相关研究文献进行分析归纳。结果:玉簪花主要含有甾体类、生物碱类、黄酮醇以及苷类,脂肪酸等化学成分,具有抗肿瘤、镇痛、抑菌等药理作用。结论:需要进一步研究玉簪花的药理毒理作用机制,完善质量标准,充分发挥其药用价值。 Objective： The paper reviews the chemical constituents, pharmacological activities and quality control of Yuzhanhua to provide basis for further study and development. Method： Literatures of experiment-al study on Yuzhanhua at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized. Result： Yuzhanhua contained steroidal saponins, alkaloids, flavonols, glycosides, and fatty acids etc. Pharmacological activities such as anti-cancer, analgesia, bacteriostasis had been reported. Conclusion： The mechanism of pharmacological and toxicology of Yuzhanhua should be researched further and the quality should be improved to expand its application.
