中药学三层次三类型人才培养模式的研究与改革

摘  要: 成都中医药大学在办学实践和不断探索过程中,针对中药学高等教育实际问题,分层分型,因材施教,精准育人,形成"基础、专业、能力"三层次人才培养轴,以深入综合素养提升为主培养"复合型人才"、以科研实践训练为主培养"创新型人才"、以订单式人才输送为主培养"应用型人才"的实践,构建了"中药学三层次三类型多元化"人才培养新模式。该培养模式已经培养了一大批在现代中药产业发展的各个环节中做出突出贡献的优秀学生,取得了一批代表性的科教成果,获得境内外业界的高度关注和广泛赞誉。本文就该模式科学内涵、实践应用及优势特色等内容进行探讨,以期进一步研究模式的构架和成效,对中药学多元化人才培养起到积极的引领示范作用。 Aim at the practical problems of higher education in Chinese medicine, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has formed "basis, speciality, ability" three-level training base" education model and constructed the "three-level diversification of Chinese medicine" new pattern of talent cultivation in the practice and continuous exploration process. "Versatile talents" are cultivated by in-depth comprehensive quality promotion."Innovative talents" are cultivated by scientific research and practice training. "Applied talents" are cultivated based on order-type talents transportation. The education model has cultivated a large number of talents who have made outstanding contributions in all aspects of the development of modern Chinese medicine industry, has made a number of representative science and education achievements, and has gained domestic and foreign industry attention and wide praise. This paper explores the scientific connotation, practical application and advantages of the model in order to further study the structure and practice of the model, and play a positive role in guiding the diversification cultivation of Chinese medicine talents.
