摘 要: 目的:通过对比分析大黄煮散颗粒与大黄饮片的指纹图谱,探讨两者之间质量是否存在差异。方法:采用HPLC指纹图谱,对大黄煮散颗粒与大黄饮片进行指纹图谱研究,并建立共有模式,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"对所得图谱进行相似度分析。结果:大黄煮散颗粒与大黄饮片的指纹图谱中,共有色谱峰有均有14个,相似度评价均大于0.9。结论:大黄煮散颗粒与大黄饮片的指纹图谱之间无明显差异,品质基本一致。 Objective: To explore whether there was a difference between the quality of Dahuang Zhusan Keli and Dahuang decoction pieces by comparative analysis of fingerprint. Method: HPLC chromatography was used to establish fingerprints of Dahuang Zhusan Keli and Dahuang decoction pieces. And similarity was analyzed using "traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system". Result: There were 14 common peaks in Dahuang Zhusan Keli and Dahuang decoction pieces with the similarity lager than 0.9. Conclusion: There is no significant difference between Dahuang Zhusan Keli and Dahuang decoction pieces which suggests that their qualities are basically the same.
