摘　　要： 该文分别从附子理中汤的炮制、剂型、煎煮方式、配伍四个方面对近代关于附子理中汤"减毒增效"的作用机制作出概述,得出应从附子理中汤制制备工艺、整体组分等角度加强对附子理中汤"毒-效"关系的整合分析,为附子理中汤在临床合理使用等提供参考。 This article makes an overview of modem research of ＂toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing ＂ mechanism of Fuzilizhong Decoction from four aspects including processing, dosage form, decocting method, and compatibility.
