摘 要: 本文选取跨境电子商务发展中占比最大的奶粉进口为研究对象,分析在信息对称情况下,在生产商提供一个合同菜单的信息甄别模型中,两条相互竞争的供应链上零售商的合作机制,结果显示,完全信息情况下,两个零售商的市场销售份额相同,并且生产商可以获得超额利润。并分析了不同的合同设计的经济效率,其中连续型的合同菜单效率更高。因此,在竞争激烈及模式多样化的奶粉跨境进口中,供应链上的企业要从传统的企业关系走向战略合作,实现企业间的双赢和供应链效率的提高。 This paper chooses the imports of milk powder which accounts for the largest proportion in the development of cross-border electricity as the research object. In the model of Information Screening which manufacturers provide a contract menu, analysis two competing retailers in the supply chain cooperation mechanism under the condition of asymmetric information, in the information screening model of the contractual menu, the results show that the two retailers share the same market, and the manufacturer can get excess profits. And analyzes the economic efficiency of different contract designs, in which the continuous contract menu is more efficient. Therefore, in the highly competitive and diversified mode of milk powder cross-border imports, the enterprises in the supply chain should change the traditional business relationship to strategic cooperation, realize the win-win between enterprises and improving the efficiency of the supply chain.
