摘　　要： 重大科研项目团队是科学家为取得重大科研项目进而实现项目目标,依据一定的原则和规约而结成的科研组织。对重大科研项目团队的深入研究有利于提升我国国际竞争力,实现重点行业和领域的重大跨越。然而,此方面研究还鲜有报道。通过厘清重大科研项目的概念,结合访谈观察结果,厘清了重大科研项目团队的概念,总结了重大科研项目团队的特征,提出了对重大科研项目团队心理资本及相关问题展开进一步探索的视角。 Major RD project team is the scientific research organization with the aim to achieve and complete the important RD project,and it is constructed according to certain specifications and standard. In-depth study on Major RD project team is good for improving China＇s international competitiveness and taking a significant step in the key industries and areas. However,the research of major RD Project Team is reported neither at China nor at abroad nowadays. By clarifying the concept of major RD project,and combining with the result of interview,this paper proposed the concept of major RD project team,summarized the characteristics of major RD project team,and put forward with the perspectives of further research on major RD project team＇s psychological capital and its related issues.
