摘　　要： 大学生参与治理对于维护学校内部治理结构的稳定性起到至关重要的作用,同时也可以保障学校的民主决策与提高大学生的责任感与主人翁精神。文章将学生的参与治理机制划分为运行机制、激励机制和保障机制等三个部分,分析了我国大学学生参与治理机制中存在的问题,提出完善学生参与治理机制的路径。 The participation of students in internal university governance plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the internal governance structure. It can also guarantee the democratic decision-making of the officials and improve the students＇ sense of responsibility and ownership. This paper defines the concept of the mechanism of university students＇ participation in university governance,then divides the students＇ participation mechanism into three parts,namely,operating mechanism,incentive mechanism and guarantee mechanism. After analyzing the problems existing in the mechanism,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
