深冷处理对共聚酰胺单丝性能的影响

摘  要: 对共聚酰胺单丝实施深冷处理,通过对深冷温度、深冷时间、深冷次数进行三因素三水平正交试验安排,考察其对拉伸强度、耐磨性及结晶度三个指标的影响。结果表明:三因素对三个指标均有影响,主次顺序为深冷温度、深冷时间、深冷次数;经过正交试验的极差分析显示,当深冷温度为-190℃、深冷时间为10 h、深冷次数为2次时,共聚酰胺单丝的各指标性能较佳,为最佳试验方案。 Co-polyamide monofilaments were treated under deep cryogenic. The influence of cryogenic temperature, cryogenic time and numbers of deep cryogenic treatment on tensile strength, abrasive resistance and crystallinity of co-polyamide monofilaments were studied. The experiments were arranged by orthogonal design of three factors-three levels. The results showed that the three properties were affected by all three factors, primary and secondary order was cryogenic temperature, cryogenic time and number of deep cryogenic treatment. Orthogonal polar difference analysis showed that when co-polyamide monofilaments were treated at -190 ℃ for 2 hours and 2 times, the tensile strength and abrasive resistance of them werethe best.
