商丘市中小规模猪场猪瘟、猪伪狂犬免疫抗体水平检测及分析
Detection and Analysis of Immune Antibody Level of Classical Swine Fever and Porcine Pseudorabies in Medium and Smallscale Pig Farms in Shangqiu City

摘  要: [目的]了解商丘市中、小规模猪场对猪瘟、猪伪狂犬病的免疫情况。[方法]采用ELISA法,对采自商丘市已免疫猪瘟、猪伪狂犬的47个母猪存栏量在300~500头的中、小规模猪场的1 273份血液样本,进行了猪瘟、猪伪狂犬疫苗免疫抗体水平检测。[结果]被检场猪瘟免疫抗体合格率为40.42%,被检猪猪瘟免疫抗体合格率为73.21%,其中母猪抗体合格率为82.45%,育肥猪为62.64%,保育猪为66.21%,不同年龄猪群的免疫抗体合格率差异极显著(P<0.01)。被检场猪伪狂犬的免疫抗体合格率为14.81%,被检猪伪狂犬免疫抗体合格率为47.45%,其中母猪抗体合格率为60.31%,育肥猪为23.25%,保育猪为40.82%,不同年龄猪群的免疫抗体合格率差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]商丘市中、小规模猪场猪瘟和猪伪狂犬的疫苗免疫存在较大比例的无效免疫情况,存在较大的发病风险,且猪伪狂犬的发病风险高于猪瘟的发病风险。 [Objective] The aim was to know the immunization situation of classical swine fever and porcine pseudorabies in medium and small-scale pig farms in Shangqiu City. [Method] With the EL/SA method, the immune antibody level of classical swine fever vaccine and porcine pseudorabies vaccine of 1 273 blood samples taken from 47 medium and small-scale pig farms which had 300 to 500 sow stocks and had been immunized with swine fever and swine pseudorabies vaccine were detected. [Result] The qualified rate of classical swine fever immunized antibody of the detected pig farms was 40.42%, and the qualified rate of classical swine fever im- munized antibody of the detected pigs was 73.21%. The qualified rate of the sow antibody was 82.45%, 62.64% for finishing pigs and 66.21% for nursery pigs, There was a significant difference in the immunized antibody qualified rates of different age pig groups (P〈0.O1) . The qualified rate of porcine pseudorabies immunized antibody of the detected pig farms was 14.81%, and the qualified rate of porcine pseudorabies immunized antibody of the detected pigs was 47.45% for nursery pigs. The qualified rate of the sow antibody was 60.31%, 23.25% for finishing pigs, and 40.82% for nursery pigs. There was a significant difference in the immunization antibody qualified rates of different age pig groups (P〈0.01). [Conclusion[ There was a large proportion of ineffective immunization of classical swine fever vaccine and porcine pseudorabies vaccine in medium and small-scale pig farms in Shangqiu city, and there was a large risk of disease incidence. The risk of porcine pseudorabies incidence was higher than that of classical swine fever.
