摘　　要： 校友是高校发展的重要力量,开展好校友工作不仅能得到校友在人、财、物、信息等方面的支持,同时还能为学校营造良好的外部办学环境,获得丰富的校本德育资源。以福建水利电力职业技术学院为例分析了校友工作面临的问题与挑战,以及建立校友工作长效机制的举措。 Schoolmates are an important force in the development of universities. Carrying out well alumni work can not only get the support of alumni in people, financial, material, information, etc. , but also create a good external school environment, and obtain a wide range of school - based moral education resources. This paper, taking Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power as an example, analyzes the problems and challenges the alumni work is facing, and the measures to establish a long -term mechanism of alumni work.
