摘　　要： 随着全球化、现代化、工业化、城市化和商品化的推进,受到主流文化的冲击,以及经济发展水平、思想观念和人才短缺的制约,少数民族文化面临整体性、趋势性衰退,受其影响,我国文化生态失衡日趋加重。鉴于此,我们需要提升少数民族文化自觉,构建少数民族文化可持续发展内生式机制,创新传播理念、机制和技术,筑牢包括家庭和学校教育在内的少数民族文化传承发展基础,为繁荣发展少数民族文化,促进我国文化生态平衡注入强大动力。 With the development of globalization, modernization, industrialization, urbanization and commercialization, owing to the impact of the mainstream culture, the constraint existing in the level of economy development, the backward ideas and the shortage of talent, the minority culture is facing a whole, tendency to decline. The cultural ecology in our country has been influenced by this situation, and the imbalance has become more and more serious. In view of this, we need to improve the minority consciousness of culture, establish endogenous mechanism relating the sustainable development of minority culture, innovate the concept, mechanism, and technology of minority culture communication, and build strong basic education in family and school. This way, we can provide strong impetus for the culture ecology balance in our country by promoting the development of minority culture.
