摘　　要： 话语权可以引导人民群众为共同目标而奋斗,有利于维护社会稳定和国家意识形态安全。中国话语权蕴含着社会主义的全球意义,但也面临着严峻的挑战,如全球化市场经济给中国带来多重危机,部分高校师生对马克思主义理论缺乏认同,西方资本主义思想文化冲击着中国核心价值观,海外学界和西方社会极大地曲解了中国模式。新时期积极扩大中国话语权,要全面深化改革,增强综合国力;要加强思想政治教育,增强生活场域中马克思主义理论话语权;要提高国家文化软实力,培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观;要开展话语权外交活动,回应国际关切。 The right of discourse can guide the people to struggle for common goals, and is conducive to maintaining social stability and national ideology security. Chinese discourse right contains the global significance of socialism, but also faces serious challenges, such as the globalization of market economy brings multiple crises to China, some university teachers and students lack recognition of Marxist theory, the culture and thoughts of Western capitalist impact the core values of China, overseas scholars and Western society greatly distorted Chinese model. To actively expand the discourse right of China in the new era, we should deepen the reform in an all-round way, and enhance the comprehensive national strength; strengthen the ideological and political education, and enhance the discourse right of Marxist theory in the life field; enhance national cultural soft power, and cultivate and promote the core socialist values; operate discourse diplomatic activities, and respond to international concerns.
