大学生思想政治理论课程考评体系分析

摘  要: 创新高等学校思想政治理论课程考评体系,对于提升思想政治理论课程教育质量具有重要意义。一是落实思想政治理论课程立德树人根本任务的必然要求,二是构建培育和践行社会主义核心价值观长效机制的必然要求,三是推进实践育人,积极响应党中央关于探索实践育人的长效机制的务实要求,四是构建全员、全程和全方位育人大格局的必然要求。但目前思想政治理论课程教学质量考评体系存在评价指标重短期轻长效、评价内容重结果轻过程和评价方法重理论轻实践的主要问题,导致缺乏教学质量考评体系的科学性、整体性和多样性。因此,积极探索改革创新高等学校思想政治理论课程考评体系,实行共性和个性化考核相结合,符合课程教学内容和要求的考核方式;实行过程性与终结性考核相结合,全方位、多视角评价政治理论课考试模式;自我评价与他人评价相结合,以考试成绩为主,结合平时学习为辅的综合评价标准;理论考核和实践考核相结合,实行"课内基础分"加"课外实践奖励分"的特殊制度,不断提升高等学校思想政治理论课教育质量。 Innovating the assessment system of the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities is of much significance to the improvement of the teaching quality of ideological and political theories. The reason lies in the following aspects: firstly, Innovating the assessment system of the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the application of the ideological and political theory course in strengthening moral education and cultivating people; secondly, it is an inevitable requirement for the construction of a long-term mechanism for the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values; thirdly, it is a practical requirement for both the promotion of practice education and the response to the Party central committeeJs call of exploring for a long-term mechanism of practice education; and fourthly, it is an inevitable requirement for the construction of a great pattern of over-all, whole and comprehensive education. Currently, in the assessment system of the ideological and political theory teaching the following main problems exist: In evaluation index, more attention is paid to the short-term effect instead of the long-term one; in evaluation content, the result is considered to be more important than the process; and in evaluation method, focus is placed on theory instead of practice, all of which lead to the fact that the teaching quality assessment system lacks of scientificity, integrality and diversity. In the exploration for the reform and innovation of the assessment system of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities the common evaluation should be combined with the individualized one, with which the teaching content could be agreed with the teaching requirement; the process assessment done with the summative one so as to construct a comprehensive test mode for the ideological and political theory course; the self-assessment done with other people's assessment so
