摘　　要： 作为社会主义新农村建设的基点和平台,农村社区建设成为实现城乡一体化,特别是推进城乡公共服务均等化的新途径和新载体。农村社区建设并非是要消灭农村,而是更好地发展农村,夯实乡村在城乡一体化格局的基础地位。开展农村社区建设必须坚持乡村本位的核心价值,遵循乡村自身发展规律,充分体现农村特点,注意乡土味道,保留乡村风貌。而核心价值取向的偏离会导致居民主体地位缺失、社区服务供给错位、农村社区缺乏乡土特色及社区文化认同不强等困境。坚持乡村本位的价值核心,需要树立乡村本位的核心理念,科学规划农村社区的公共空间,提升农村居民的社区认同感,营造乡土文化和现代文明融合发展的社区文化,探索农村社区自治的有效实现形式。 As a base point and platform of the socialist new countryside, the rural community construction has become a new way and carrier to promote the urban-rural integration, especially the equalization of urban and rural public service. The purpose of the rural community construction is not eliminate rural villages but build them better and consolidate the basic status the rural villages take in the urban-rural integration. To construct rural communities requires adhering to the rural-village-oriented core value, following the natural law of rural development, reflecting the rural characteristics fully and attaching importance to rural native tastes and preserving rural styles. Any deviation from the core value of rural orientation will result in predicaments, such as the absence of the main status of rural residents, the dislocation of the service supply of rural communities, the lack of the native features of rural communities and the weakness of the community culture identity. Adhering to the rural-village- oriented core value requires developing the rural-village-oriented core mentality, planning the rural public space of rural communities scientifically, improving the community identity of rural residents and creating the community culture in which native culture and modern culture integrate with each other and develop together.
