摘　　要： 目的:对民族药江南星蕨的化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用试管法对江南星蕨的水、乙醇、石油醚提取物进行系统的化学成分定性检识实验,通过多种显色剂和指示剂的颜色反应或沉淀反应,初步推断江南星蕨中可能含有的化学成分。结果:经过系统预实验研究,江南星蕨药材中可能含糖及其苷类、酚酸和鞣质、皂苷、甾体、萜类、强心苷、有机酸、黄酮类、蒽醌及蛋白质类成分等化学成分。结论:民族药江南星蕨中含有多种植物活性成分,值得进一步的研究和开发。 Objective ： Preliminary to study on chemical composition of Microsorium fortunei （Moore） Ching of national herbs. Methods ： By test tube method for Microsorium fortunei （Moore） Ching water, ethanol and petro- leum ether extract of the chemical composition of qualitative check experiment , Through a variety of precipitation reaction and indicator color reaction with indicators and color agents , the potential chemical components of Mi- crosorium fortunei （Moore） Ching was analyzed. Results：After solvent preliminary test study, it was suggested that sugar and its glycosides, phenolic and tannins, saponins, steroids, terpenes, cardiac glycosides, organic acids, flavonoids, anthraquinone and protein components were probably contained. Conclusion： Microsorium for- tunei （Moore） Ching contains a variety biological active components, with the potential value of further research and development.
