摘 要: 从在线医疗用户个体感知角度出发,构建用户信息提供意愿的结构方程模型,以揭示影响用户信息提供意愿的关键因素及其作用机理。利用SPSS22.0和AMOS21.0分别对量表进行探索性因子分析和模型检验。研究表明:满意、感知价值、心流体验和个性化健康评估能显著正向影响用户信息提供意愿;而隐私泄露风险则对其产生负向影响。最后,针对在线医疗网站提高用户信息提供意愿进行了讨论并提出建议。 In order to clarify the key factors influencing users' online medical information disclosure willingness, a structural equation model(SEM)is developed based on perceived value theory from the user's respective. SPSS 22.0 is used to analysis exploratory factors and hypotheses test is used AMOS 21.0. Results show that user' s satis- faction, perceived value, flow experience, individualized health assessment, perception privacy risk have a signifi- cant effect on online medical user' s information willingness. Perception privacy risk has a negative impact on the willingness; flow experience, personalized health assessment not only have a direct positive impact on the user in- formation, but also can affects the information provided through the satisfaction indirectly, however, user' s percep- tion privacy risk has a negative impact on the willingness and satisfaction. Finally, discussed the results and then given the corresponding recommendations to online medical websites.
