摘　　要： 目的评价无细胞百白破b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗(DTa P-Hib)的安全性。方法选择245名年龄为3-20月龄儿童接种DTa P-Hib,分别于接种疫苗后30min、6h、12h、24h、48h、72h观察不良反应。结果共接种501剂次DTa P-Hib,不良反应发生率为2.99%(15/501);其中局部、全身不良反应发生率分别为2.79%(14/501)、1.40%(7/501)。接种1剂次、3剂次组不良反应发生率分别为5.98%(7/117)、6.25%(8/128)(χ~2=0.0076,P>0.05)。所有不良反应均于对症治疗3日内缓解、消失。结论 DTa P-Hib有较好的安全性。 Objective To evaluate the safety of diphtheria,tetanus,acellular pertussis and haemophilus influenza type b combined vaccine（DTa P-Hib）. Methods We selected 245 children,aged 3-20 months,to be vaccinated with DTa P-Hib,and we observed adverse reactions at 30 min,6h,12 h,48h and 72 h after vaccination. Results In total,501 doses of DTa P-Hib were administered. The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 2. 99%（15/501）. The rates of local and systemic reactions were 2. 79%（14/501）and 1. 40%（7/501）,respectively. The rates of adverse reactions for 1 dose and 3 doses were 5. 98%（7/117） and 6. 25%（8/128）（χ~2= 0. 0076,P〈0. 05）,respectively. All children having adverse reactions recovered within 3 days. Conclusions DTa P-Hib has a good vaccine safety profile.
