不同施肥条件对葡萄园土壤养分供给和产量的影响

摘  要: 施肥是影响土壤养分供给的重要因素。在上海葡萄主产区金山区和奉贤区各选择一个典型规模化葡萄园作为研究对象,考察不同施肥条件对巨峰葡萄土壤养分供给和产量的影响。结果表明:采用少量多次施肥方式的金山葡萄园其土壤速效养分的供给能力显著高于奉贤葡萄园;虽然奉贤葡萄园的钾肥施用量较高,但由于施用时机不当,巨峰叶片对K的吸收显著低于金山葡萄园;巨峰叶片对土壤养分的吸收与土壤速效养分含量之间并未表现出显著相关性;由于采用了疏花疏果的控产措施,金山葡萄园巨峰的产量和经济效益均显著低于奉贤葡萄园。总的来说,上海地区葡萄园土壤养分的供给能力处于较高水平,葡萄园采用减量化施肥等科学的养分管理方式既有利于减少生产成本的投入,也有利于农业生产环境的保护。 Fertilization is the key factor that affects soil nutrient transformations and supplies. A field study was conducted in two typical vineyards in Shanghai to assess the impacts of different fertilization methods on soil nutrient supplies and grape yield. The study results indicated that the supply capacity of soil nutrients in Jinshan vineyard was better than that in Fengxian vineyard due to the more reasonable fertilization method. The supply capacity of soil potassium (K) in Jinshan vineyard was also better than that in Fengxian vineyard, which could attribute to the later application time of K fertilizer in Jinshan vineyard, even though more K fertilizer was applied into soil in Fengxian vineyard. However, lower grape yield and economic benefits attributed to the stronger flower and fruit thinning measures in Jinshan vineyard. In general, the capacity of soil available nutrient in vineyard of Shanghai was at a high level with ASI analysis method. A quantitative or reducing fertilization method was recommendable in Shanghai vineyard in consideration of the balance between agricultural production inputs and environment protections.
