摘　　要： 作为新儒家阵营中的师徒,熊十力和徐复观的思想存在着代际差异。具体从知识分子观的角度来看,熊十力的思想专恃思辨,注重形上建构,因此对知识分子批判极为严苛,思想上表现出独裁性;徐复观的思想则立足于社会性和实践性,所进行的学术研究是思想史的路径,注重民间与大众,表现出与乃师完全迥异的思想性格。 As the master and apprentice in the neo-Confucian camp, there are intergenerational differences between XIONG Shili and XU Fuguan＇s thoughts. From the view of intellectuals, it can be concluded that XIONG Shili focuses on philosophical speculations and metaphysics, while XU Fuguan pays attention to the folk. XIONG Shili severely criticizes the intellectuals, and assumes the quality of ideological dictatorship, XU Fuguan ＇s thoughts are based on society and practice, which present a different thoughts character from his master XIONG Shili.
