摘　　要： 目的:分析肺结核合并糖尿病患者的肺功能改变情况.方法:选取石家庄市第五医院2013-07/2015-07收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者(n=50)作为研究对象,检测其肺功能,并与肺结核患者(n=50)及糖尿病患者(n=50)的肺功能进行比较,分析其变化情况.结果:肺结核合并糖尿病组患者肺功能异常发生率(60.0%,30/50)显著高于肺结核组(22.0%,11/50)和糖尿病组(32.0%,16/50),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺结核组和糖尿病组患者各项肺功能指标均显著优于肺结核合并糖尿病组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:肺结核合并糖尿病患者的各项肺功能指标均较差,预后较单纯肺结核、单纯糖尿病患者差. AIM: To analyze the pulmonary function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus. METHODS:A retrospective study of pulmonary function test of 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes, 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and 50 cases of diabetes admitted into the Fifth Hospital of Shijiazhuang from July 2013 to July 2015 was carried out. The changes of pulmonary function were analyzed. RESULTS:The incidence of lung function abnormalities were 60. 0%( 30/50) in patients who had both pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes,which was significantly higher than that of the pulmonary tuberculosis group [22.0%( 11/50) ] and diabetes group [32.0%( 16/50) ]. The indexes of pulmonary function in patients of pulmonary tuberculosis group and diabetes group had significantly better recovery than patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus. CONCLUSION: Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus have worse lung function after treatment.
