摘　　要： 同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是一种与半胱氨酸同系的四碳含硫氨基酸,它不参加蛋白质的合成,是体内蛋氨酸循环的正常代谢产物.研究证实高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)是多种疾病发生的潜在危险因子,包括血管疾病、神经元变性疾病等,并且HHcy与多种眼部疾病及视觉损伤有关.本文综述了Hcy代谢异常与眼部疾病的关系及与之相关的病理学机制. Homocysteine( Hcy),a derived sulfur-containing and non-proteinogenic amino acid,which is formed in trace amount during the metabolism of essential amino acid, methionine.Elevated plasma Hcy levels have been associated with several tissue injuries including heart and neuronal degeneration. In addition,Hyperhomocysteinemia( HHcy) has been related to visual dysfunction. This article discusses the association between metabolic disorder of Hcy and ocular diseases and the possible pathological mechanisms.
