摘　　要： 山东省作为我国的经济与贸易大省,服务贸易发展情况的好坏直接影响着山东省整体的发展水平。进入经济新常态后,中国经济不再是经济总量不够而是经济发展的结构性矛盾越来越突出,山东省服务贸易的发展也是如此。在供给侧改革的指导下,山东省服务贸易的发展要坚持加减法一起做,加快山东省服务贸易的转型升级。从贸易规模、贸易结构、国际竞争力三个方面分析山东省的服务贸易的现状,并从企业和政府的角度提出了相关的建议。 Shandong Province being a major economic and trade province in China, the development of serv-ice trade situation directly affects the development level of Shandong Province as a whole. In the new economic norm, China economy is no longer amount shortage but the structural contradiction which is more and more promi-nent, so is the development of service trade in Shandong province. In order to accelerate the transformation and up-grading of the shandong province trade in service, the government and enterprises should insist on addition and sub-traction under the supply-side reform direction. This paper analyzes the present situation of trade in services in Shandong from three aspects of trade scale, trade structure and international competitiveness, and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of the government and enterprises.
