摘 要: 高校食堂剩饭菜浪费是一个普遍现象。以一个高职院校食堂为研究对象,对食堂剩饭菜产生原因展开统计调查分析,首先收集可能原因制作调查问卷,然后开展问卷收集活动,接着运用因子分析方法对问卷结果进行统计分析,最后得出该食堂剩饭菜产生原因的集合。全国高校食堂管理模式和学生生源不同,产生剩饭菜的原因多样化。系统化地提出一种调查食堂剩饭菜原因的方法并进行实证调研,取得较好效果,有一定推广价值。 College canteen's leftovers is a common phenomenon. This paper takes a higher vocational college canteen as the research object, on the dining room leftovers causes a statistical investigation and analysis. First we collect possible reasons for making questionnaire, and then carry out the questionnaire to collect activity, then use the factor analysis method to statistical analysis of questionnaire results, :finally conclude that the canteen causes a collection of leftovers. National university canteen management and students come from different pattern, which cau-ses leftovers diversification. However, this paper systematically puts forward a method of investigating why canteen leftovers and empirical research achieve good effect,and have the certain promotion value.
