富水软土地层超大断面浅埋暗挖隧道开挖施工技术

摘  要: 港珠澳大桥珠海连接线拱北隧道工程口岸暗挖段在管幕+冻结超前预支护体系下采用5台阶14部工法分台阶分部开挖。隧道开挖施工工序复杂,包括掌子面注浆、初期支护、临时支撑体系、二次衬砌、临时支撑拆除及三次衬砌等多道工序交叉作业。通过对该支护体系下开挖方法的介绍,结合施工监测数据,表明:顶管管幕+冻结止水帷幕的超前支护下5台阶14部开挖工法合理可行;支护体系随开挖随支撑,有利于隧道开挖安全有序推进;冻结对开挖的影响主要体现在冻土开挖困难与冻胀的影响,需在保证隧道封水安全的条件下合理调控。 An innovative auxiliary method combining pipe roof and freezing has been used as the pre-supporting system for Gongbei Tunnel of Zhuhai Link Road of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Shallow - buried covered method, 5 benches and 14 steps method have been adopted as the excavation method for the super large cross-section tunnel. The constructing procedures of earth excavation include tunnel face grouting, preliminary support, temporary support sys-tem ,second lining, temporary support removing and third lining etc. . In the paper, with the interpretation of the exca-vation procedures under the supporting method and abundant monitoring data, the result has demonstrated reasonable and applicable. And because the supporting system has been built following the excavation process, the tunnel environ-ment can be safe and orderly. Besides, effects of the freezing method on excavation are mainly on the excavating diffi-culty and frost heave, therefore, reasonable regulations of the freezing system are also required to maintain a balance between the sealing effect of the frozen wall and a small environment impact.
