摘　　要： 对土坝的安全性进行分析,提出了基于层次分析法的土坝安全评价体系,其包含了3个3级模型,2个子级模型。从结构和渗流角度构建了土坝的安全评价体系与方法,提出了一种量化的安全值评价法,以一个算例进行了方法分析,得出了安全管理的重点指标与量化安全值。 Security analysis is taking on based on stability view angle of earth dam, a dam safety evaluation system and method is proposed based on analytic hierarchy process, which contains three-three models and two sub grade model, the safety evaluation system and method of the earth dam seepage angle is from the structure and construction, at the same time,the analysis of AHP weights is taking on in one case, the key indicators of safety management can be as a guide for the safety management of water conservancy construction.
