摘 要: 采用碱熔融法分别测定土壤全磷、全钾和氟化物,用土壤标准物质GSS-3、GSS-8进行测定。测定土壤中全磷相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.3%,标准物质的测定值分别为0.323 g/kg、0.757 g/kg;土壤全钾的相对标准偏差为0.67%~0.99%,标准物质的测定值分别为24.90 g/kg、20.22 g/kg;土壤氟化物的相对标准偏差为1.9%~3.3%,标准物质的测定值分别为0.231g/kg、0.588 g/kg。实验研究表明,标准偏差满足各个标准的要求,各参数标准物质的测定值均在误差范围内。 Alkaline fusion method was used in this paper to determine total phosphorus, total potassium and fluoride on soil standard substance GSS-3 and GSS-8. Measured value of total phosphorus, with RSD(relative standard deviation) between1.1% and 2.3%, were 0.323 g/kg and 0.757 g/kg respectively. Measured value of total potassium, with RSD between 0.67% and 0.99%, were 24.90 g/kg and 20.22 g/kg respectively. Measured value of fluoride, with RSD between 1.9% and 3.3%,were 0.231 g/kg and 0.588 g/kg respectively. The result showed that RSD could meet requirements of each standard; and measured values were within allowable errors.
