C40沙漠砂混凝土抗碳化性能

摘  要: 通过设计水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率和沙漠砂替代率四因素三水平正交试验,进行沙漠砂混凝土抗碳化性能试验,分析了各因素对C40沙漠砂混凝土抗碳化性能影响。研究表明:碳化3 d后各因素对沙漠砂混凝土碳化性能影响顺序为粉煤灰掺量>水胶比>砂率>沙漠砂替代率;碳化7 d、14 d后各因素对沙漠砂混凝土碳化性能的影响顺序为粉煤灰掺量>水胶比>沙漠砂替代率>砂率;碳化28 d、56 d后各因素对沙漠砂混凝土碳化性能的影响顺序为水胶比>粉煤灰掺量>沙漠砂替代率>砂率。综合各因素对沙漠砂混凝土抗碳化性能影响,确定其最佳配合比为水胶比0.39,粉煤灰掺量10%,砂率30%,沙漠砂替代率30%。 Based on an orthogonal test with four factors and three levels,the carbonation resistance of desert sand concrete with different water-binder ratio,fly ash dosage,sand ratio and desert sand replacement ratio was studied. The influence of the various factors on the carbonation resistance of desert sand concrete was analyzed. Experimental results show that,at the carbonation age of 3 d,the factor fly ash dosage has the strongest influence,water-binder ratio the second,sand ratio the third and desert sand replacement ratio the weakest; that,at the carbonation age of 7 d and 14 d,fly ash dosage has the strongest influence,water-binder ratio the second,desert sand replacement ratio the third and sand ratio the weakest; that,at the carbonation age of 28 d and 56 d,water-binder ratio has the strongest influence,fly ash dosage the second,desert sand replacement ratio the third and sand ratio the weakest. Based on the experimental results,the optimal mixture ratio is water-binder ratio 0. 39,fly ash dosage 10%,sand ratio 30% and desert sand replacement ratio 30%.
