摘　　要： 教育人、培养人是高校思想政治理论教学的基本功能,人格教育充分彰显高校思政教学理念,是贯穿思政教学的一条主线,也是高校思政课的重要组成部分,是培养合格人才的必备环节。当前由于文化多元、利益多元、价值多元的冲击,大学生出现人格不健全、不健康现象。把人格教育引入思政课教学构建协同的育人体系是大势所趋,人心所向。 Educating and training wholesome talents is the basic function of college ideological and political educa-tion . Meanwhile, personality education embodies the underlying spirit of college ideological and political education, and therefore it is not only an important component of political and ideological education but also a vital link of cul-tivating qualified talents. At present, due to the pounding of diverse and pluralistic cultures, interests and values, many college students have exhibited deficiencies with their personality development. Under such circumstances, the introduction of personality education into college political and ideological education to forge a collaborative edu-cation system will be an irresistible and indispensable trend.
