摘　　要： 会展场馆配套服务设施是展会工作顺利开展的基本前提和保障。在近几年场馆建设比规模、比豪华的风气下,相关的配套服务的建设和规模往往被忽视。以上海新国际博览中心为例,分析了其当前配套服务方面存在的问题,并通过调查研究发现,目前上海新国际博览中心在服务配套上主要存在硬件设施水平较低、交通状况不理想、消费水平偏高、服务人员素质差等问题。针对这些问题,可通过更新展馆标示系统,优化影音、照明系统;馆内不同类型餐厅、便利店进行差别化定价;增加往返地铁站的班车次数、加大整治黑车力度;构建网络信息平台;对员工进行定期培训等措施来解决。 The service facilities of the exhibition venues are the basic prerequisite and guarantee for the smooth development of the exhibition. While exhibition venues are compared with each other in scale and luxury, the construction and scale of related supporting services are often overlooked. This study takes the Shanghai New International Expo Center as an example, analyzes the existing problems in its current supporting services, and finds that the hardware facilities are poor, the traffic conditions are not ideal, the consumption is high, the quality of the service personnel is poor, etc. In order to solve these problems, we can update the exhibition hardware facilities, arrange different pricing in different types of restaurants and stores, increase shuttle buses to and from the subway station, build network information platform and train the staff regularly.
