摘　　要： 在市场经济变化莫测、快速发展的前提下,业务外包已成酒店企业抢占竞争优势的必要手段。基于此,从酒店企业业务外包的意义入手,深入剖析酒店企业业务外包存在的问题,并在此基础上提出酒店企业业务外包的管理对策,主要包括明确酒店业务外包的内外部条件、选取优质外包企业、谨慎签订外包合同、注重风险防范、融合文化差异等。 In the unpredictable market economy, the premise of rapid development, business outsourcing has become a necessary means to seize the competitive advantage of hotel companies. Based on this, this paper analyzes the existing problems of hotel business outsourcing from the significance of hotel outsourcing, and puts forward the management measures of hotel business outsourcing, including defining the internal and external conditions of hotel outsourcing, selecting high quality outsourcing professional companies, carefully signing outsourcing contracts, paying attention to risk prevention, and integrating cultural differences.
