摘 要: 现代学徒制是当前高等职业教育与区域产业经济深度融合的一种人才培养模式。在这种模式下,招生即招工,学生具有双重身份,即学校学生和企业员工。现代学徒制人才培养模式的顺利开展及其预期效果的实现,必须有法律政策的支持、学校和企业的主动参与以及学生家长和社会各界观念的转变和积极认可。 Modern apprenticeship is a talent training mode with the deep integration of higher vocational education and regional industrial economy at present. Under this mode, recruiting students is comparable to recruiting workers. Student has a dual identity, namely the students and staff. The smooth execution and expected results achievement of modem apprenticeship training mode must have the legal policy support, the active participation of school and enterprise, as well as the shift and positive recognition of parents7 and society7 s concept.
