摘　　要： 在人类认识水、治理水、利用水、爱护水、欣赏水的思想与实践过程中,水文化与水科学的"融通共振"是一种客观的关系存在。水文化与水科学"融通共振"有着严密的逻辑基础以及现实的问题导向。从根本上看,解决现代水利重大问题,与水文化水科学的"融通共振"息息相关。或者说,水文化与水科学的"融通共振"有其逻辑基础、基本路径和化解矛盾的科学方式。认知和把握这些基础、路径和方式,有利于推进当代中国治水兴水的伟大实践。 In the process of human beings^ knowing, controlling, utilizing, cherishing and appreciating water, the combination and resonance of water culture and water science is an objective relationship. This combination and resonance has a strict logical basis and realistic problem orientation. To solve the significant problems in modern water conser^^ancy, we should closely relate to the combination and resonance of water culture and water science. In other words, the combination and resonance of water culture and water science is the important path of water control and development of water conservancy.
