摘　　要： 血栓闭塞性脉管炎(thromboangiitis obliterans,Buerger’s disease,TAO)是一种累及血管的炎症性、闭塞性和周期发作的慢性病变,主要侵犯四肢远端的中小动静脉,尤其是下肢血管,重者难免截肢致残,至今尚无理想的治疗。为提高患者生活质量,避免患者截肢致残,减低患者痛苦,本院于2016年9月为1例拒绝外科手术治疗的胫后动脉、足背动脉完全闭塞性脉管炎缓解疼痛个案治疗,治疗方案结果:患者疼痛明显缓解,对杜冷丁依赖得到改善。现将此患者的治疗体会介绍如下。 Thromboangiitis obliterans （thromboangiitis obliterans, Buerger＇ s diseases, TAO） is a kind of involvement of the inflammatory vascular, the onset of chronic occlusive and cycle lesions, the main human limbs distal small arteriovenous, especially the lower extremities vascular, long duration, the person that weigh unavoidably amputation disability, so far there is no ideal treatment. To improve the patient＇ s quality of life, avoid amputation disability patients, patients with reduced pain, our hospital received a case of rejected surgical treatment of posterior tibial artery, dorsalis pedis artery obliterans completely pain relief case treatment. Treatment results as follows： patient＇ s pain was relieved, and dependence on demerol improved. Now the treatment of patients with this experience is introduced as follows.
