摘　　要： 目的对猕猴桃多糖治疗胃癌的研究现状进行分析,总结猕猴桃多糖治疗胃癌的特点,为开发新型有效的胃癌治疗药物提供依据。方法对近10年有关于猕猴桃多糖治疗胃癌的文献进行归纳、分析和总结。结果猕猴桃多糖具有明确的抗肿瘤作用,但尚未发现猕猴桃多糖如何通过分子通道调控胃癌的机制。结论猕猴桃多糖具有明确的抗肿瘤作用,在临床应用中可显著降低目前抗肿瘤药品的费用支出,具有很高的卫生经济学价值,值得深入研究并推广。 Objective To analyze the research status of Actinidia chinensis polysaccharide in the treatment of gastric carcinoma, to and summarize the characteristics of Actinidia chinensis polysaccharide in the treatment of gastric carcinoma, and to provide the basis for the development of new effective drugs in the treatment of gastric carcinoma. Methods The literatures in recent 10 years of Aactinidia chinensis polysaccharide in the treatment of gastric carcinoma were analyzed and summarized. Results Aaetinidia chinensis polysaccharide had anti- tumor effect, but the molecular mechanism of channel regulation on gastric carcinoma was not found. Conclusion Aactinidia chinensis polysaccharide had definite anti-tumor effect, and significantly reduced the expenses, which has highly value of health economics and is worthy of further research even extension use.
