摘 要: 目的:旨在探讨MRI斜冠状位扫描诊断跟腓韧带(Calcaneofibular ligament,CFL)损伤的价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析95例疑似CFL损伤患者的MRI资料,计算斜冠状位扫描与其他方位扫描诊断CFL损伤的敏感度、特异度及准确度;通过P值及Kappa值分析斜冠状位扫描与其他方位扫描的差异及与手术结果的一致性。结果:斜冠状位扫描与其他方位扫描具有统计学差异,联合传统MRI扫描诊断CFL损伤的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为93.1%、97.3%和94.7%,且与手术结果具有高度一致性。结论:MRI斜冠状位扫描极大的提高了诊断CFL损伤的敏感度、特异度及准确度。 Objective: To investigate the value of MRI oblique coronal scan in diagnosis of the calcaneofibular ligament injury. Methods: MRI images of 95 patients with suspected CFL injury were analyzed retrospectively, the sensitivity, specifici-ty and accuracy of the diagnosis of CFL injure were calculated by oblique coronal scan and other position scan, analysis of the difference between oblique coronal scan and other position scan, analysis of the consistency with the surgery results by P value and Kappa value. Results: The oblique coronal scan and other position scan had statistical difference, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of CFL injure by oblique coronal scan and other position scan are: 93.1%, 97.3%and 94.7%, and the results were highly consistent with the operation. Conclusion: Oblique coronal MRI scan has greatly im-proved the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of CFL injury.
