摘　　要： 通过对《餐厨垃圾处理技术规范》(CJJ184-2012)中餐饮垃圾产生量公式的优化,提出以常住人口、流动人口及旅游人口为计算基数,引入常住人口和流动人口的关联系数,优化不同人群的人均日餐饮垃圾产生量等。通过工程实例对比餐饮垃圾产生量两种不同的计算方法,在基础资料较完整前提下,推荐采用优化后的计算公式。 Based on the optimization of the formula of food waste production in the ＂Technical Code for Food Waste Treatment＂ （CJJ 184-2012）, this paper puts forward the study of the resident population, the floating population and the tourist population as the calculation base, and the correlation coefficient between resident population and floating population is introduced. Optimize the amount of per capita daily food waste generated by different groups. Through the engineering example, two kinds of calculation methods are compared with the production of food waste, and the optimized formula is recommended under the premise that the basic data is complete.
