摘　　要： 随着我国大众创业、万众创新的兴起,高等院校也开始指导学生学习创新,构建了各类型的创新工场。实践教学是高等院校适应社会创新发展需求的一个重要环节,其可以满足各行业专业技术人才的需求,培养许多技能型创新人才,更好的改进高等院校教学质量。本文详细地分析了新时期高等院校学生教学模式发展现状,同时从专业设置、基础课程指导、专业技能环节、综合训练环节阐述如何培养学生创新实践能力,能够为普通高校多环节实践教学提供指引和帮助。 With the development of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation, the university begin directing the student to innovate, and construct the innovate factory. Practice teaching is an important process in the university, which are adapt to the society innovate development. It can satisfy the needs of all the industry and culture more innovate talented person and can advance the teaching quality. This paper analysis the development of the teaching model. Meanwhile, elaborate how to culture the innovate ability of the students according to the professional setting, basic curriculum guidance, professional skills process, comprehensive training process and so on. This offers a guidance and help.
