摘　　要： 本文介绍了西门子S7-200 PLC和组态王6.55版软件在催化裂化固定流化床试验装置中的应用。介绍了催化裂化固定流化床试验装置的基本工艺和自动控制系统硬件网络配置的基本结构。总结了西门子S7-200 PLC和King View 6.55工业组态软件在本装置自动控制系统的构建过程中所具有的功能和特点,也证明了本装置自动控制系统结构的可靠性,有利于后续自动控制系统的开发。 This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7-200 PLC and KingView 6.55 software in catalytic cracking of fixed fluidized-bed. This paper introduces the basic process of catalytic cracking of fixed fluidized bed and the basic structure of hardware network configuration of automatic control system. Summarizes the Siemens S7-200 PLC and KingView 6.55 and configuration software in this device in the process of the construction of the automatic control system with the functions and features, also proved the reliability of the automatic control system structure, is advantageous to the subsequent depth development of automatic control system.
