摘 要: 本文主要针对氯化铁浸出铁铜合金回收海绵铜工艺中不溶物含量、铁含量均较高问题,重点考察铁铜合金不溶物、海绵铜的酸洗分别对海绵铜品位的影响,采用清洗铁铜合金及对浸出液压滤、盐酸洗涤海绵铜的方式进行处理,有效提高海绵铜品位。 This paper mainly the content of insoluble substance and iron content in the recycling of sponge copper from the iron-copper alloy of ferric chloride leaching is higher, the influence of iron-copper alloy insoluble matter and pickling of sponge copper on sponge copper grade was investigated, the cleaning of iron-copper alloy and the leaching liquid filtration, hydrochloric acid washing sponge copper by way of processing, improve the grade of sponge copper effectively.
