摘  要: 以某电厂660MW级燃煤机组SCR脱硝装置为例,在保证SCR系统以及燃烧条件稳定运行的情况下,主要研究了入口NO_x浓度对出口NO_x浓度、脱硝效率、氨逃逸率等运行参数的影响。结果表明:出口NO_x浓度随着入口NO_x浓度的提高而提高,线性拟合的R2值可达0.97,满足线性关系;脱硝效率总体随入口NO_x浓度的变化不大,稳定浮动在81%左右,证明此机组脱硝效率具有稳定性;入口NO_x浓度与氨逃逸率呈正相关,且入口浓度存在一个最佳值(280mg/m^3),使氨逃逸率最低。 This study was carried out regarding to a SCR flue gas denitrification system in a 660 MW coal-fired power unit. The influence of inlet NOx concentration was investigated in terms of outlet concentration of NOx, denitration efficiency, the ammonia escape rate, respectively, during the stable operation of SCR system. Results indicate that the outlet NOx concentration is linearly proportional to the increase of inlet NOx concentration (R2-0.97). The removal efficiency of NOx was relatively stable at 81%, undergoing with various NOx inlet loads. Thus this denitrification system presented a satisfying performance on NOx treatment. Besides, a positive correlation was involved between NOx inflow and escape rate of ammonia. This rate could be reduced to minimum at an optimal NOx concentration of 280 mg/m3.
