摘　　要： 目的探讨中医护理方案对糖尿病患者依从性的影响。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月在大连市中医医院就诊的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取普通护理模式,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用中医护理方案,比较两组患者的依从率。结果护理前试验组依从率为75.00%,对照组依从率为75.00%,没有统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后试验组依从率为95.00%,对照组依从率为87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用中医护理方案可以提高患者的临床依从性,值得在临床推广。 Objective To study the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program on compliance in patients with diabetes. Methods 80 cases of diabetes patients in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of 40 cases took ordinary nursing mode. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group of 40 cases used traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan. Patients＇ compliance was compared. Results Before treatment, patients＇ compliance rate of the experimental group and the control group was 75.00% , and there was no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. After nursing, patients ＇ compliance rate of the experimental group and the control group was 95.00% and 87.50% , respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme can improve the clinical compliance of patients, and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
